One Mast, Two Hoists
BETA MAX’s MC2000PMB V and MC2500TP/M MV run on a shared mast—cutting install time and spare-parts inventory for rental fleets.
BETA MAX Hoists, thank you for your support on this truly iconic project! Your machines have proven to be a logistical differentiator and have provided our team with the vertical material handling solutions required to succeed!
Gary Boncich, RESOURCE CEO
BETA MAX Hoists played a vital role in the work that Scaffold Resource completed on the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in May of this year. Scaffold Resource was contracted to provide access to the entire lighthouse for restoration work. They accomplished this by utilizing multiple Maxial Track Hoists for erecting the scaffold and installing a MC2000PMB Personnel Hoist.
Here are some interesting facts about this impressive project:
Maxial Track Hoists are the industry’s most widely used special purpose hoist for scaffold E&D, and it falls under the ANSI/ASSP A10.5 Safety Requirements for Material Hoists. They can be installed by two people in minutes with no tools required and lightweight track sections that weigh a maximum of 15 lbs each.
The all-new MC2000PMB is one of the most popular small-footprint personnel hoists in the construction industry. It can be installed with less impact on structures than larger construction hoists, which makes it perfectly suited for use on historic buildings and restoration work.
The most widely used hoist for scaffolding for over 30 years. The Maxial Track Hoist attaches to and builds along with the scaffold, allowing you to easily add a track section as you go up each level.
The MC2000PMB has a small footprint, perfect for tight spaces. It can also be installed on wood frame or scaffolding.
